Aileen Millan, DNP, APRN, AGACNP-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a distinguished career focused on advanced patient care. With a robust educational foundation, rigorous clinical training, and a wealth of hands-on experience, Dr. Millan is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that is tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona in 2014 and more recently completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a specialization in Adult Gerontology Acute Care from the University of Arizona in 2024. This advanced training has equipped her with the specialized expertise required to manage the complexities of patients with diverse and multifaceted health conditions.

Dr. Millan’s career is marked by a distinguished tenure at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Arizona, where she held significant leadership and mentorship roles across both critical care and ambulatory settings. Her time at Mayo Clinic afforded her the opportunity to cultivate a broad and comprehensive expertise across multiple specialties, including cardiology, internal medicine, hematology, oncology, neurology, palliative care, and vascular surgery. In addition to refining her clinical acumen in the management of complex and multifaceted patient conditions, Dr. Millan embraced a pivotal role in mentoring colleagues and providing compassionate care to patients and their families. She offered invaluable guidance, education, and emotional support during some of the most challenging moments of patients' lives.

Throughout her DNP training, Dr. Millan further honed her skills in diverse urban hospital settings, where she specialized in critical care, internal medicine, toxicology, and cardiology. In these environments, she managed a wide array of complex medical conditions, solidifying her expertise in high-acuity care and underscoring her commitment to advancing clinical practice and patient outcomes.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Millan enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, reading, and cherishing time with her husband and their four children. A devoted wife to an active-duty Air Force member, she is inspired by a deep love for God and her country. Dr. Millan is honored to bring her expertise and dedication to her new community and looks forward to making a meaningful impact on the lives of her patients.
